InfotecAs the Midwest’s premier IT and business conference, Infotec has quickly become the event you can’t afford to miss. IT professionals, business leaders, in-the-know educators and savvy innovators attend Infotec because it’s the region’s most comprehensive IT conference that provides them with up-to-date information on the latest technologies, current trends and unparalleled networking opportunities. Infotec also brings in high-profile exhibitors for attendees to learn about innovative ways to cut costs and increase revenue with security, networking, virtualization and cloud computing solutions.

Infotec is a Service of the AIM Institute
Infotec is produced and managed by the AIM Institute, a nonprofit organization that provides information technology leadership to Nebraska and the surrounding region. AIM empowers communities, organizations and individuals to focus and coordinate their IT resources. Working together with these partners, AIM is able to initiate the changes and improvements necessary to meet emerging IT needs, build a strong workforce and expand economic growth in the region. One of AIM’s signature services is Careerlink, the region’s #1 career development website.

Technology Celebration Banquet and Awards
Each year, Infotec incorporates the AIM Institute Technology Celebration Banquet and Awards into the program. This distinguished event celebrates the robust and thriving technology industry in Nebraska, supporting the area’s top technology companies, leaders and students as they are recognized with top honors. Tickets for the Technology Celebration Banquet and Awards are included in the full two-day conference fee. However, corporate tables and individual tickets may also be purchased separately.

History of Infotec
Infotec was established 37 years ago by the Data Processing Management Association (DPMA) — now known as the Association of Information Technology Professionals (AITP) — to respond to the changing demands of the IT industry. Today, the conference provides educational and networking opportunities to business leaders, IT professionals, educators and innovators. Ownership of the conference was transferred to the AIM Institute in 2008.
